• Sell HVAC service maintenance agreements to new and existing clients.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate HVAC systems and recommend appropriate maintenance plans.
• Identify customer needs and create customized proposals and quotes.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property owners, and contractors.
• Collaborate with service technicians and operations staff to ensure proper execution of agreements.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Track all activities and opportunities in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
• Stay current with HVAC industry trends, service offerings, and competitor activity.
• Attend and actively engage in networking events to build industry relationships.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or
• Completion of accredited HVAC training program and/or HVAC apprenticeship strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in HVAC or mechanical services required
• Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Goal oriented with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Primarily field based with regular travel to customer locations.
• May include visiting rooftops, mechanical rooms, or other on-site HVAC system areas.
• Ability to stand, walk, and inspect equipment in varying conditions.
